Our aim all along has been to develop tastily clever gluten-free and wheat free cakes, biscuits, cookies and shortbread that are perfect in texture, absolutely delicious and as natural as natural can be.

Our dedicated ‘Love Good Food’ team spend much of their time happily developing new recipes, taste combinations, baking, testing, tasting and experimenting with all sorts of spices, fruits and vegetables to bring you the tastiest products on the market ... “in fact, it has been said that our range of premium cakes, biscuits, cookies and shortbread are so good, you’d never, ever guess they were gluten free”. It is indeed a little food revolution
It’s been a thrilling food journey and it is a journey and a challenge that continues daily in keeping taste and flavour at the top of our agenda, sourcing new “natural” ingredients, developing innovative mixes of gluten and wheat-free flours for the perfect texture and performance and producing delicious products that are altogether new and appeal to everyone from gourmets to those with food intolerances.

It is indeed a little food revolution and an exciting one at that! Our retail range of biscuits, cookies and shortbread are stocked across the UK and in Europe and we are just about to introduce a brilliant new range of “Food On The Go” mini cakes and single-portion cookies that will sit perfectly in trains, planes and automobiles – and cafés too!
